Eligibility

You may use Ding only if you have the legal capacity to form a binding agreement and your use is lawful where you are located.

User content rules

You may upload only media and documents you have the legal right to possess, store, review, and share. You are responsible for permissions, consents, confidentiality obligations, and court or agency rules that apply to your use.

Publishing and pricing

Users may keep content private, publish it free, or publish it behind a hosted payment link. Ding may suspend or remove content that presents legal, safety, privacy, or compliance risk.

Payments

Paid public access is processed by third-party payment providers. Availability, bank settlement, reserves, chargebacks, and underwriting are determined by your processor agreement.

Termination

Accounts or content may be restricted or terminated for suspected violations, fraud, privacy breaches, unlawful content, or legal risk.
